Delish and sinful, my kind of good food.

A tempted me with her mom's Pig Trotters last week, it was so good that I had to bug her to get me the recipe even though it is supposed to be a family secret. I couldnt wait to try out and so I spent the entire evening last night, standing in front of the stove, stiring and quietly praying that my version will come out as good.

My neighbours should really thank me for the free smells, the whole house smelled so good because of the spices used. The meat was tender after 2.5 hours of simmering and the fatty layer of skin almost melted in my mouth, good collagen.

Looking forward to a good dinner tonight and many thanks to C, for sharing with me (so generously and patiently) her michelin secret recipe :p
