My colleague C gave me some rempah prepared by her mom and she told me its good for mee goreng. Since mom is still on vacation, I took over the kitchen and experimented with this famous local dish.
It wasnt a difficult dish, just goreng and more goreng and voila, a plate of spicy and flavourful malay styled fried noodles done, perfection in my own standard.
T cannot take hot stuff so I cooked yakisoba for him instead.
